Try-ons take place at our studio located on Level 2 at 9 Lanao Way, Atwell. You'll receive exact directions 48 hours before your appointment via email. Please note that our studio is located on Level 2 and is only accessible via stairs

There is ample parking across the road in the Stargate Shopping Centre Carpark

A deposit is required to secure your booking. It is non-refundable if cancelled or changed within 48 hours prior to the appointment, or if the appointment is missed entirely. If you attend, your deposit can be used as credit towards a hire within 1 month of the date of the try on

Try on bookings strictly run according to the duration you allocate for yourself so please try your best to arrive on time. We have back to back appointments so arriving late will deduct time from your appointment

Each appointment includes up to 1 client + 1 guest for viewing. If you are wanting to try on dresses with a friend, please make sure to book two 1-hour try-ons for the same time slot. This ensures you will each have your own change room and plenty of time to try everything on comfortably

A try on booking does not reserve a garment for your event, nor guarantee its availability at your try-on. We recommend viewing outfit availability for both try on and event dates prior to booking. Please note we will do our best to consider your booking notes, however we cannot guarantee items will be in store on the day of your try on or remain available for your event since the time of booking.

If you are hoping to hire a garment in store after your try on, please ensure you bring a physical debit/credit card and a form of government ID so we can process the booking

• Bags are not permitted in the change rooms.
• Garments cannot leave the studio unless paid for.
• Please avoid bringing food or drink in our space.
• Any damage that occurs during a try on will be addressed the same as damage to a regular hire. Please be cautious of fake tan, perfume, make up and jewellery when trying on items. If there is any damage/additional cleaning required for a garment after a try on, you agree to cover the costs of the repair for Aquino's Attire.
