The cowl neck, halter top is detailed with adjustable straps at the neck, torso and waist that feature metal o-rings at a
flattering open back. The easy-to-wear style sits at a mid-high waist and skims along the body into a maxi length. The skirt is detailed with cover-stitch detailing at the top edge, a raw hem and a statement adjustable elastic strap with metal o-ring hardware around the waist.
